Inspired by the rababa — a traditional bowed string instrument deeply rooted in East African and Sudanese heritage, often known as the “Fiddle of the Nile” — Rababa reflects a strong connection to identity, storytelling, and community.
Founded by the owner, whose roots trace back to Marial Bai, Aweil, South Sudan, Rababa was shaped by memories of music, togetherness, and the joy of shared experiences.
